Long week...

This week has been super busy and LONG. We finally made it a whole week of school! It has definitely been nice but the kiddos have been a little wild. This week we had parent teacher conferences, 2 field trips, and a Valentine's party! The students enjoyed every bit of it and so did I but...I'm worn out! I wanted to share a few Valentine treats that I made for my co-workers. I really really wish I could decorate cupcakes all cute and fancy but I just haven't figured out how! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! I decided to make strawberry cupcakes with strawberry icing and red sprinkles.

I found these cute cupcake boxes at Wal-Mart. I wish I could find boxes like this for any occasion. I had fun making these cupcakes and hope my co-workers enjoyed them! I hope everyone has enjoyed the lovely weather this week! I know I have! Andy and I are going to Dallas for the weekend! I'm excited to get out of town and spend some time with him!
