Same House New Changes

We have been living in our house for a while now, and we have finally started to make it ours! It has taken a long time to get it the way we want it and it still isn't completely done yet. I have had to learn that you can't do everything at once (which has been hard for me). We have bought new furniture for the living room, new tv for living room, new bedroom furniture, new tv for bedrom, new kitchen table, and decorations. I have posted some pictures of what our house looks like now.

Our Home

Andy and I bought this house before we got married. We hired a realtor to help us find something that would suit us perfectly and this house did just that. It was the 2nd house that we looked at and we knew immediately it was the house for us. In my eyes, the only downside was that it was located in Fayetteville and I really wanted to live in Springdale. Fayetteville got the best of me and we ended up buying it. It was brand new and in a fairly new neighborhood. I was so excited to be moving out and taking on the responsibilities of being an "adult". We have finally gotten settled and have made it OUR HOME. I'm going to show you some pictures of the before and then I will post pictures of what it looks like now.

This is the kitchen, I was sold when I saw the dark cabinets.

This is the master bedroom, its the only room in the house painted a different color.

This picture was taken from the kitchen and it looks out into the living room.  It dosen't look like much of a living room but there is more.

Fire place in the living room.
Guest Bedroom #1 - It will be an office.

Here are some pictures from our wedding that I promised to post.
We were married on June 20, 2009 at Fellowship Bible Church in Rogers.

Welcome to our blog! Andy and I got married a little over 7 months ago in June. We were married at Fellowship Bible Church in Rogers. Our wedding day was everything I hoped it would be. It was the best day of my life! After the ceremony, we left for Riveria Maya Mexico for our honeymoon. We stayed at an all inclusive resort, it was amazing. It was our first time to Mexico and we had a blast. We loved being pampered to the fullest and were sad to leave the resort. We returned to our new home and were excited to start living as a married couple. We bought a house together in Fayetteville. Andy is a civil engineer and works for Garver Engineers in Fayetteville. I am in my 2nd year of teaching 3rd grade at John Tyson Elementary School in Springdale. I am so excited to be blogging and hope I can maintain it for my friends and family.
